Job Description

Join us as a Reward Specialist – 12 month FTC in our People Team to enable the team to be a Reward centre of excellence for Gymshark in our North America and Retail spaces.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Reward Professional who has experience within retail and also international exposure to support our Reward Manager to deliver against the overarching Reward plan and key deliverables over the next 12 months.

This role is genuinely important to Gymshark and its performance, its the first point of contact for Reward queries and is a representative of the People team as a Reward expert.

- Our team and its remit are rapidly growing with the business, and the opportunities to test and learn, educate and build relationships are endless.

- We operate in a fast paced, agile working environment which creates opportunities for anyone who wants to enhance their skillset.

- The hybrid working pattern features a minimum of three days a week at our global HQ in Solihull, UK.

 
And here’s what we are looking for from you: 

  • Experience managing Reward structures within the Retail industry
  • Experience delivering Reward change management in a fast paced environment
  • Experience acting as a Reward centre of excellence to a range of stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Experience managing effective benefits communication through a variety of channels
  • Experience managing job evaluation processes and role grading
