Acting as the point of contact for both internal and external footage suppliers. Offer consultation to client’s production partners on research and archive clearance best practice. Proactive management of archive footage clearances, contracts and licences across multiple productions including delegation of work to the rights assistant. Proactively maintaining key administrative documents relating to footage archive, rights clearance including tracking of all rights in place and their expiration dates
