The Department CAA Sports Licensing plays an integral role in managing the complex interaction between client brand and licensee partners, which includes an array of various tasks including but not limited to business development, contract negotiation, product development, approval workflow, contract management, retail strategies, and royalty accounting.
The Role
CAA Sports is seeking an incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful Associate with basic accounting skills to track royalties and assist with collection efforts.
Job Description
## Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to royalty reporting inquiries Track, process, record, and apply payments received Review and process royalty reports for select clients Liaise with LA office on collection efforts and bad debt Track and monitor open invoices across all clients Maintain invoice contact list and ensure that invoices are sent Follow up and track communication with licensees who have not submitted the required reports or have not paid open invoices
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly client reports; summarize payments received on behalf of the client
• Manage the clients’ sales data request and formatting Perform calculations, analyses, and reports as requested Provide coverage as needed REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of professional administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized, adaptable, and detail oriented Very • strong written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously Service oriented with a strong desire to pitch in to help team members PREFERRED: BA/BS from an accredited University or College 1+ years of experience working in accounts receivable Please provide complete and legible information.
