• As preparations continue for The Ryder Cup 2027 at Adare Manor, Ireland, we're looking to recruit three Ryder Cup Operations Executives to join our expanding Operations team.
• These roles can be based in Ireland or the UK.

• Working across a variety of operational areas, you'll play a crucial part in the planning, coordination and delivery of key services that underpin the successful running of the Ryder Cup.

• About the Roles: As a Ryder Cup Operations Executive, you'll support the Operations team across a broad range of event planning and delivery activities.
• Working closely with Ryder Cup Operations Managers, suppliers, contractors, venue stakeholders and internal departments, you'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the exceptional standards expected of the Ryder Cup.
• These positions offer exposure to every phase of event delivery—from early planning and procurement through to venue build, live operations and post-event decommissioning.
• What You'll Be Doing: Key responsibilities will include: Supporting Ryder Cup Operations Managers in the planning and delivery of operational projects.
• Assisting with research, procurement activities, tender processes and supplier evaluations.
• Preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, budgets and operational documentation.
• Supporting the development and coordination of the overall venue build and delivery programme.
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, venue representatives and internal stakeholders to support operational readiness.
• Coordinating meetings, workshops, planning sessions and site visits.
• Monitoring project progress against agreed milestones and escalating issues where required.
• Supporting financial administration processes, including purchase orders, budget tracking and invoice validation.
• Providing on-site operational support during venue build, event delivery and decommissioning phases.
• Supporting contractor management and the implementation of venue operational plans.
• Assisting with post-event reporting, operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the business.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

• Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience within event operations, venue operations, project management, hospitality or sport.
• Experience supporting major sporting events, festivals, exhibitions or live events.
• Knowledge of project management principles and operational planning processes.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements within event environments.
• Degree-level qualification in Sport Management, Events Management, Hospitality, Business or a related discipline.
