Your daily pitch

As our Safer Gambling Specialist – German Speaking (m/f/x), you strengthen the backbone of our Player Protection framework. You support the Head of Safer Gambling in turning data into action – ensuring our processes stay compliant, consistent, and ready for every challenge on the pitch. 

Your work keeps our operations sharp: monitoring behaviour, validating controls, improving mitigation measures, and keeping our internal and external stakeholders aligned. You help shape how player protection is understood, delivered, and continuously improved across the Group. If you play with precision and rely on data to guide your moves, this is your arena. 

Your playing field:

• You strengthen our player protection framework by analysing customer data and helping implement effective mitigation measures. 

• You keep our controls in shape, ensuring player protection processes live up to our high standards. 

• You support our Player Safety team, acting as a reliable point of contact for safer gambling questions across the business. 

• You maintain and update player protection content, and assist in preparing reports and documents for regulators and external partners. 

• You help keep our people up-to-speed, ensuring all player protection training is delivered in line with regulations and the Group’s Player Protection Concept. 

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

• Experience.  At least 2 years in online gambling, working in a similar role under German market regulations. 

• Strong communicator. You communicate clearly – written and spoken – and know how to manage and align with stakeholders. 

• Collaborator. You work closely with internal teams, helping ensure our regulatory standards and safer gambling practices stay consistent. 

• Analytical mindset. You evaluate data, spot patterns, and use insights to improve processes and decision‑making. 

• Language.  English is the official language in our Malta office; therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are also critical to communicate with stakeholders.
