At TaylorMade, we have an opportunity for a Service and Sales Executive to join the team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting our sales teams to achieve their targets.

Based at our Basingstoke HQ, you’ll be supporting our customers in France, acting as a central point of contact for Area Sales Managers and their territories.

You’ll manage a mix of inbound and outbound activity, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and opportunities to add value are maximised.

Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you’ll build strong relationships internally and externally, developing a strong understanding of our products, systems and processes to support both service and sales success.

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day sales and service support to Area Sales Managers and customers in France Handle inbound calls and emails, identifying and resolving customer queries efficiently Take ownership of issues and aim for First Call Resolution wherever possible Support outbound sales and service activity alongside the field sales team Identify opportunities to upsell during customer interactions Deliver against individual sales targets set annually Accurately record and manage customer interactions within CRM systems Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams (e.g.

Credit, Shipping, Operations) to resolve queries Develop knowledge of order processing, shipping and wider business operations What We’re Seeking A strong customer focus with a passion for delivering excellent service An understanding of how service and sales work together to achieve results Interest in the golf industry and product knowledge (desirable) Previous experience in a customer service and/or inside sales role Fluent French language skills and mastery of the English language (essential) Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and via email Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal stakeholders Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities A collaborative, team-focused mindset, excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Experience of using MS Office, CRM and ERP systems (Oracle advantageous) Why Join Us At TaylorMade, a 2026 Sunday Times Best Places to Work employer, we’re committed to creating an environment where people feel supported, trusted and able to perform at their best.
