We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making warm outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in our personal training services through our website. Your primary goal will be to schedule consultations at one of our gyms, helping clients take the first step towards their fitness journey. 

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, has excellent communication skills, and is goal-oriented. You will be measured on your call volume and the number of appointments successfully booked. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Make outbound calls to prospects who have submitted web inquiries regarding personal training services. 

• Answer inbound  

• Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and introduce our offerings. 

• Schedule in-person consultations with personal trainers at one of our gym locations. 

• Accurately record details of conversations and appointment outcomes in the CRM system. 

• Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and appointments set. 

• Follow up with reschedule when necessary. 

• Provide information and answer questions about our gyms, trainers, and products.  

• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with prospects. 

Requirements

• Proven experience in an outbound calling role, telemarketing, or customer service
• Experience working for higher end, luxury companies is preferrable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally

• Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed call logs

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively

• Basic knowledge or interest in the fitness industry is a plus

Type: Fixed Term Role 6 weeks

Hours: Part-time, 16-20 hours, including some weekends

Salary: £13 - £15 per hour, plus commission
