You will play an important role in driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic direction of the business. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON You will support the day‑to‑day management our business as we continue to grow the Converse business in alignment with our integrated marketplace strategy. KEY
Create: define relevant Partner Assortments, Go To Market plans, Opportunities and Forecasts to execute against the Strategic Account Plan and Seasonal Priorities Ownership: own the execution of the Seasonal Sales and Go To Market processes and milestones, within budget and against set timelines Partnership: establish and maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to provide best in class customer service at all levels of the customer’s business
You will also collaborate with the broader Global Growth Team and engage with Global partners on selected topics to support your account.
The role is based in Berlin, Germany, with occasional travel to meet our retail partners. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Passion for the Converse brand and culture Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training Strong account management experience, ideally within the Fashion/ Sports or Retail Industry, across buying and merchandising Sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of financial processes and forecasting Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to collaborate in a matrix-oriented environment across various business functions Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Process and operational capability Deadline to apply - 7th July 2026.
