THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sales Intelligence Executive to our Sales Automation team in São Paulo

We are seeking a technically skilled Data Analyst to join our Sales Intelligence team. They will work with the Sales Intelligence Manager to 1) build and manage a data prioritisation model focused on where we should focus our sales efforts, 2) include more variables and scenarios into the prioritisation model, 3) automate how we build our lead funnel and 4) improve the quality of our leads for our sales channels.

The new hire will work closely with stakeholders across other teams such as Technology, Data, Operations and Sales. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a global role across an industry that is really gaining momentum and we are excited to have a game-changer candidate to take us to the next level.

YOUR IMPACT

  • We are looking for a person to be part of our Sales Automation & Intelligence - Data team;
  • You will join our data (intelligence) team to support the team's data analysis processes, that is, generate value for decision making;
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements, tool integrations, and sales enablement initiatives;
  • Translating raw data into actionable insights is at the heart of what we do every day;
  • You will be responsible for supporting the team's data analysis initiatives, these will be your main challenges:
    • Interested in learning
    • Build SQL queries (SELECT)
    • Develop scripts for data analysis
    • Work with of spreadsheets in Google sheets;
    • A/B Testing

Who You Are

  • Python: experience working with Python for data analysis (Pandas & Numpy are mandatory knowledge);
  • SQL: knowledge in query construction;
  • Strong analytical and programming skills: Translating raw data into actionable insights is at the heart of what we do every day;
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Data visualization techniques and tools;
  • Able to communicate in Advanced Fluent English;
  • Creative problem-solving ability;
  • Translate analytical results into real strategic recommendations and build tests to prove a concept;
  • Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion;
  • Ability to understand and communicate issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders;
  • Interested in growing and developing new skills, as well as enthusiasm to gain exposure to various aspects of the Gympass business;
  • Not required, but is an advantage: Experience working with geospatial data;
