Sales Operations Assistant (m/f/d) Part-time at Kinexon

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Assistant (m/f/d) to support our team in managing and maintaining offer and contract documentation templates, as well as handling order management processes. In this role, you will ensure that all sales-related documents are up to date, accurate, and aligned with company standards.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Template & Document Management: Maintain and update offer and contract templates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and usability for the sales team
Order Management: Process incoming orders, verify details, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment
Document Administration: Organize and manage sales-related documents, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies
Coordination & Communication: Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, and operations to ensure smooth document handling and order processing

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Several years of experience in Order Management, Procurement, or in preparing and managing commercial offers and quotations (or a comparable commercial function)
Business fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken), essential for drafting, reviewing, and adjusting offers, contracts, and other commercial documents
Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
Ability to work independently while confidently coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders
