We’re looking for a talented Sales Ops & Planning Specialist to join our Global Sales Partnership team in São Paulo, Brazil!

Gympass Partnerships Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operation Specialist to partner with our Wishlist team in all regions (Brazil, Spanish speaking Latam, US and Europe) to help drive efficiency and sustainably grow our business. You will be responsible for (i) tracking performance (e.g. OKRs, forecasting, creating reports, executives targets and attainments), (ii) help building a scalable portfolio management solution.


  • Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Partnership leadership team;
  • Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales planning;
  • Establish working relationships with our commercial team;
  • Highlight best performing executives/regions and identify drivers behind over and underperformance;
  • Contribute to developing data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis;
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity;
  • Design our long-term data needs to build more impact oriented OKRs;

  • Previous years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience;
  • BA/BS degree;
  • A strong communicator with fluency in English (you will be working with international stakeholders globally);
  • Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel;
  • You're data driven and have experience conducting sophisticated analyses;
  • Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
