Your Fairway
- Daily communication with our Sales Team in the USA and in the EU.
- Processing of shop orders and B2B customer service.
- Support of retail customer acquisition.
- Continuous performance tracking of our international sales reps.
- Support with the monthly settlement of sales rep commissions.
- Close collaboration with the Supply Chain, IT and Finance Team to align daily operations and continuously improve workflows.
Your Scorecard
- Completed commercial vocational training or relevant university degree.
- 2-3 years of experience as sales or project manager in a comparable position.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and committed Teamplayer.
