• Partner closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, Sales and Account Directors to build and grow our commercial team.

• Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, proactively managing your pipeline.

• Source, screen, and recruit top-tier sales and commercial talent globally, leveraging your extensive network in the iGaming industry.

• Clearly communicate Playson’s vibrant culture and values to attract the right talent.

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing guidance and best practices.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in iGaming environments.

• Strong network in gaming sales roles.

• Fluent in English (at least Upper-Intermediate+), Portuguese fluency is a plus.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.

• Exceptional communicator and proactive problem solver.
