The annual base salary for this position ranges from $65,400.00 in our lowest geographic market to $129,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Together, you’ll bring forward the right product stories, insights, and assortments to help accounts grow their business and deepen Nike’s impact in the Soccer Team Sales space. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON As a Soccer Partner Representative, you will co-create and lead territory strategies that shape the future of Soccer Team Sales.
You will Seek, Sign, and Serve the North America Soccer Team Sales community, delivering seasonal Nike initiatives and providing partners with the strategy, storytelling, and product details they need each season.
You will lead the execution of Team Sales agreements and seasonal business plans, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and track sales strategies, key product launches, and territory performance. You’ll drive accurate forecasting, scenario planning, business analysis, and new opportunity development.
You will also work directly with accounts to elevate their business strategy, strengthen their marketplace execution, and meet the evolving needs of Soccer Team Sales consumers. WHAT YOU BRING 5–6 years of • experience in field sales management within the sports industry, spanning areas such as field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales planning, or business analysis. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
