We are a fast-paced, innovative company looking for an experienced sales professional to support our Mid-Atlantic region.

The Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving high-quality, retention-focused revenue, strengthening studio performance, and ensuring a consistent, premium client experience.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales, this role focuses on building relationships, educating clients, and supporting studios in achieving long-term success.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, strategic thinker, and strong collaborator who understands that the best sales outcomes come from alignment across Sales, Field, and CX teams.

Responsibilities

• </b></br><div>
• <strong>Sales Execution & Revenue Quality&nbsp;</strong>
• <div>
• <li>Driving membership sales through direct engagement with hand-raisers, leads, and new clients</li>
• <li>Prioritizing high-quality, retention-driven memberships</li>
• <li>Making 75–100 direct contacts per day via text, email, and phone using provided lead lists and campaigns.</li>
• <li>Generating new leads through referrals, networking, social selling, events, and community outreach.</li>

• <strong>Studio Performance & Field Team Partnership</strong>
• <div>
• <li>Owning assigned studio performance outcomes and supporting revenue health beyond the initial sale.</li>
• <li>Building strong, trust-based relationships with Field Leadership and day-to-day studio operators</li>
• <li>Supporting studio teams with sales education, campaign execution, and best-practice reinforcement.</li>
• <li>Executing timely, high-quality handoffs of qualified leads and clients to local teams.</li>
• <li>Supporting new studio opening events and early success</li>
• </div>
• <strong>Client Experience & CX Collaboration</strong>
• <div>
• <li>Partnering with Customer Experience teams when needed to support client satisfaction, resolve concerns, and protect the client journey.</li>
• <li>Ensuring sales practices align with CX standards, brand voice, and operational expectations.</li>
• <li>Acting as a subject matter expert on the [solidcore] experience and membership offerings.</li>

• <strong>B2B & Strategic Sales Initiatives</strong>
• <div>
• <li>Identifying, nurturing, and closing B2B relationships and partnerships at an expected quota</li>
• <li>Actively contributing to the development and execution of B2B strategies</li>
• <li>Representing [solidcore] at outside events for selling, networking, and lead generation</li>
• <li>Participate in open houses, tabling and events in market</li>

• <strong>Systems, Reporting & Strategy</strong>
• <div>
• <li>Utilizing CRM systems to track outreach, follow-up, and conversion activity accurately.</li>
• <li>Maintaining clean, timely reporting and pipeline hygiene.</li>
• <li>Partnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and NSO teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion.</li>
• <li>Meeting regularly with senior leadership to report on performance, trends, and market insights.</li>

• <li>40 hours per week</li>
• <li>Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed</li>
• <li>Willingness to travel up to 15%</li>
• <li>Hybrid, 3 days in office in Arlington, 2 days remote</li>
