Your impact. 

  • Provide subject matter expertise and management of HealthJoy’s Salesforce platform in order to drive key business initiatives
  • Daily administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles and roles, Salesforce Flows, custom fields, validation rules, Lightning record pages, page layouts, permission sets, and managing queues and groups
  • Develop reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and other departments
  • Manage operational requests such as updating data fields, user analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve services, automate tasks, increase availability, and wow our internal customers
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new users

Your experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS or software environment.
  • Exceptional ability to understand business processes and build scalable solutions within Salesforce.
  • Experience with data imports, reports and dashboards, validation rules, custom configurations, and Salesforce Flows (Scheduled, Triggered, etc.); knowledge of Apex/Triggers is a plus.
  • Self driven and able to effectively manage projects through to completion
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills required for collaboration with global teams
  • Must be available to work US hours (flexible on East, Central, Mountain or West time zones within the US)
  • Preferred: Experience with Sales-adjacent tech stacks such as Gainsight, CPQ, Outreach, Maxio, Zoominfo, & Hubspot.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Startup experience is a plus!
