The role: Salesforce Developer  
 
Genius Sports has a good baseline Salesforce Sales Cloud instance servicing our Marketing, Commercial, Rev Ops and Finance teams.  We are currently embarking on an exciting program of work to re-engineer our Salesforce org using Revenue Cloud Advanced to fully automate our order to cash process. With our revenue projections continuing to grow quarter on quarter we are laying the foundations upon which our future growth will be built.

Who you are 

• An experienced Salesforce Developer with 4+ years' experience and a background in software engineering
• A superb communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Someone who can unpick complex problems and deliver concise recommendations  
• You have a commitment to engineering and technical excellence

 

What you’ll bring 

• Strong experience in APEX & LWC, Visualforce and Lightning Development is beneficial
• Salesforce technologies: Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, (Account Engagement is a plus), Flow, Einstein Analytics, Triggers, Approval Process, Sharing & Visibility Management, LWC & Design System, Package Development, Connected App, WSDL, Lightning Mobile, Dashboards
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, JavaScript Developer
• Tools: DataLoader.io, VS Code & Extensions, GitLab
• Languages: Apex, Java, JS, SQL, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms via primarily an API-led approach
  
  

What you’ll do 

• Where it makes sense to do so, provide custom solutions that our Salesforce Admins can’t build
• Create a Salesforce instance that empowers our Commercial organization with slicker processes, more analytics
• Be a part of the team who assesses the impact of any new product launches or M&A activity on our SF org.
• Create excellent documentation, write down your work, designs, decisions to ensure we have absolute requirements traceability
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, and third parties, to understand business needs and design and build sustainable and scalable integration solutions.
• Monitor our integrations and handle integration errors, failures and issues, working with key stakeholders to resolve.
• Advocate and seek opportunities to use AI within our SF org, including features such as Agentforce.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 -$170,000. There are a number of factors which affect what the specific pay offer would be for this role, including location, seniority, and relevant educational and working experience. This is base salary only – all full-time roles will also be eligible to take part in Genius benefits and some roles may be eligible to take part in a variable compensation plan. Genius will be returning to the office 4 days a week, and this will give you the opportunity to work collaboratively face-to-face with colleagues in our New York office.
