THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Salesforce Strategy Director to our Business Transformation team in São Paulo!

The Salesforce Strategy Director will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing the strategic vision for our Salesforce internal tools. This position will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify priorities, streamline processes, and ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for our business needs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, project management, and a knack for strategic thinking.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage expectations.
  • Lead and oversee Salesforce projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive system enhancements, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor Salesforce usage and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and ensure they are maximizing the platform's capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience in Salesforce implementation and strategy development.
  • Proficient English (advanced or fluent).
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce projects and aligning them with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
