The Role: School Health Liaison
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The School Health Liaison supports the School District of Philadelphia, working on-site daily to ensure the successful delivery of Hazel Health services in schools, coordinates with school staff (principals, wellness teams) to facilitate and ensure seamless delivery of service, implementation, engagement, and operational excellence.
