What We Need:

We are looking for an Integration Engineer who will use a combination of engineering skill sets, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate and help build our world-class SDK and supporting infrastructure.

What You Will Do:

Reporting to our Director of Technology, Mobile, you will:

  • Act as a liaison for various external development partners in China for tooling and integration support.
    • Be responsive to technical needs whether they be access, knowledge, design, or fixes.
    • Figure out how to best meet feature requirements of our partners within our existing tech stack.
  • Follow the pulse of multiple projects, interfacing with various functions such as (but not limited to) product leads, QA, Customer Support and other 2K or T2 groups.
  • Create an ever-evolving set of internal and external tools (such as SDKs and back-end services) as we bring technically-sound and exciting mobile games to market.

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

  • 4 to 7 years of development experience in mobile with an in-depth understanding of the mobile ecosystem.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Obj-C/Swift and Java/Kotlin.
  • 3+ years working with Unity (using C#) or Unreal (using C++).
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS related field or equivalent experience.
  • A passion for games.
  • A demonstrated curiosity for learning new technologies and absorbing new skills.
  • Business level Mandarin is required as you will be collaborating with our Development and Publishing Partners based in China

Bonus: 

  • You have the ability to assess a problem from multiple angles to arrive at solutions that are simple, scalable and elegant.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • You’ve built mobile SDKs that shipped in live products.
  • You’ve built on top of, or integrated with, cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
  • You grasp the basics of web frameworks such as Node/React/Angular.
  • Knowledge of software build, test, and deploy processes using CICD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Docker/containers.
