Scopely is looking for a Senior 3D Generalist to join our Bingo Bash team based in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

We’re looking for a versatile Senior 3D Game Artist (Generalist) with 2D workflow experience to support the Bingo Bash Art team by creating 3D blocking and assets to be used as visual foundations for 2D paintovers. This role is ideal for an artist who excels at blocking, composition, lighting, and mood, and who understands how 3D supports stylized 2D final art in a mobile casual pipeline.

Additionally, the candidate has experience with AI tools and uses them to further refine game assets. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with designers, artists, concept artists, and art direction.

Bingo Bash is a highly international team working on the biggest video game from India to date (measured by revenue). Here, you will work on a top-grossing F2P game with significant and growing daily revenues and help create fresh content for our players.

What You Will Do

We are hiring a Senior 3D Generalist focused on high-quality visual execution to join our team in Bangalore. This role is responsible for crafting in-game assets. The role will also involve moderate 2D paintovers and refinement

• Produce high-quality game assets from briefs and benchmarks, following established pipelines and templates
• Work with 2D and 3D tools like Blender, Maya, or Photoshop to assemble polished visuals with clean lighting, retouching, and compositional balance
• Participate in performance-based iteration cycles, delivering updated versions based on KPIs and creative performance
• Work in partnership with the Art Director and Lead Artists to deliver top-notch creatives that reflect brand identity and production benchmarks. Actively participate in brainstorms or creative alignment sessions
• Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines and contribute to the maintenance and application of style guides
• Collaborate with other artists and teams in Bangalore and beyond to ensure visual alignment and timely delivery
• Maintain precise tracking and accountability through internal workflow tools and reporting platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in production art roles, ideally in gaming
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work with 2D paintovers or textures
• Strong skills in 3D tools (Blender or Maya), with proficiency in lighting and rendering
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Understanding of visual fundamentals: layout, color, lighting, and storytelling
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently within fast-paced production timelines
• Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across international locations and time zones

Bonus Points

• Experience working with both 2D and 3D pipelines
• Familiarity with AI art pipelines, prompt writing, and image refinement tools. Portfolio pieces showing integration of AI tools
• Experience using production tracking systems and collaborative project tools
