Aim of the position
  • Commercially manage the Ukraine business focused on Broadcasters & Publishers, by developing a strategy, tactical actions, assigned revenue targets.
  • Ensure that the Market strategy is performed in line with the Manager’s requests.
  • Be the first line for all commercial and client service communication with the Ukrainian clients.
  • Manage relationships with Ukrainian industry organisations
  • Follow the Nielsen values at all times

  • Responsibilities
  • Reach and possibly overcome the Market revenue target assigned by the direct manager.
  • Set up and deploy a successful commercial strategy for Broadcasters & Publishers in the Market.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key clients in the Market.
  • Work in cooperation with the Delivery and Operational teams in engaging the client and defining/collecting the clients KPIs
  • Have an excellent understanding of the product and solution portfolio.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities (including to point out white spaces and to create business plans to launch new solutions).
  • Utilize Salesforce to track the entire sales and contract renewal cycle, with a focus on accurate forecasting of revenue. At the same time push the team to a strong discipline in using Salesforce.
  • Report regularly to the Cluster Commercial Leader of Broadcasters & Publishers on the Market status.
  • Support the Cluster Commercial Leader of Broadcasters & Publishers to set up the regional strategy for the vertical.
  • Work in cooperation with the Delivery and Operational teams in engaging the client and defining/collecting the clients KPIs
