We are looking for an experienced accountant or controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Accounting:

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Cashflow, and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate with the CEO the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements
• Compliance with local (Spain) accounting and fiscal requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors

HR:

• Contract Preparation and Compliance in coordination with external support
• Benefits Management
• Application of Labor Law in coordination with external support
• HR Information Systems Management
• Payroll Management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years working experience as an accountant
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP
• You speak and write in English fluently
• Experience working with ERPs (bonus: NetSuite)
• Bachelor's degree
• Attention to detail
