Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes by performing cost reconciliations, implementing cost allocation rules in SAP, and reviewing TB, PL, and BS.
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Group reports in line with Group requirements.
  • Prepare monthly and annual budgets and forecasts under the general guidance of the direct manager.
  • Create supporting Excel files for cost analyses (budget vs. actual), along with various monthly reports and checks.
  • Manage company POs, monitor their approval workflow, and ensure their correct reflection in the Monthly Cash Request.
  • Take part in the company’s payment process by performing all related checks.
  • Participate in the bookkeeping process in SAP.
  • Assist in preparing the Annual Financial Statements required by the Bulgarian Tax Authorities and support the annual audit process.

Components for success. You...

  • Bring at least 5 years of professional accounting experience, including 2 years in an international company.
  • Hold a higher education degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Demonstrate deep accounting knowledge.
  • Use Excel at an intermediate level to support analyses and reporting.
  • Possess a good level of written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Analyze financial data with accuracy and critical thinking.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
  • Stay well‑organized, punctual, and attentive to detail in all tasks.
  • Prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines and manage workload.
