About the Role

Peloton is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Analyst to join our Indirect and Operations Procurement team. Reporting to a Director, this role will support procurement activities across various indirect spend categories such as People/HR, ESG, and other Indirect spend categories. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams (Budget Owners, Legal, Treasury, Accounting, etc) to help lead small to medium size projects from definition through implementation. 

*This role is based out of our NYC HQ office.  Our Hybrid Working Policy requires team members in US office-based roles to be in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Collaborate with team members to operationalize procurement opportunities
  • Perform spend analytics and reporting
  • Be able to review data, draw conclusions, and present to an executive audience
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our procurement policy and business requirements 
  • Identify and support opportunities for cost savings and process improvement within indirect spend categories.
  • Execute sourcing events including RFI, RFQ, RFP, e-auctions, and direct negotiations
  • Support procurement processes in multiple Peloton geographies
  • Lead contract negotiations with the support of Peloton legal
  • Participate in supplier business reviews

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3+ years of experience with sourcing and procurement, supply chain or performance monitoring
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to synthesize and clearly summarize data
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) is also a plus
  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes and support other indirect Category Managers as needed
  • Operating experience with procure-to-pay tools (Coupa or Per Angusta is a plus)
  • Proven understanding of procurement and supplier management practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable with presenting to groups, leading projects, and operating in matrixed teams
  • Ability to operate independently in a changing and fast-paced environment
  • You should have the ability to balance multiple projects at various phases
  • Act as a self-starter and phenomenal teammate and hold a customer-first approach
  • Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$103,200$134,200 USD
