Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days/week. We will be expanding to 3 days/week in the office beginning April of 2024.

About the Role
We’re looking for a senior associate content marketing manager to join our fast-moving, nimble, high-performing B2B content marketing team, and help us achieve our mission to help everyone more beyond pain. This is a critical new role that supports the Director and Senior Manager of Content Marketing in developing content that resonates with the employer benefits, consultant, and health plan audiences, including whitepapers, conference & webinar presentation decks, customer case studies, member testimonials, infographics, video, blogs, and social media. You’ll work with colleagues in the events, demand-gen, and sales enablement, product marketing, creative, and PR teams, as well as Hinge Health clinical subject matter experts (physicians and physical therapists), and clients.

This position leverages both remote and in-office work advantages in our hybrid model. If you're passionate about making a difference in health care, possess stellar writing, communication, and organizational skills, and are looking for a dynamic role in B2B marketing, this is an incredible opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in journalism, marketing, PR/comms, or media. They should be comfortable writing, editing, researching, fact checking, interviewing, project managing, and creating content in different formats. Experience with B2B audiences and/or health care is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Create content that resonates with B2B audiences and adheres to Hinge Health brand guidelines to drive brand awareness, generate leads, support sales enablement efforts, and move prospects through the marketing funnel at every stage. 
  • Develop presentation slides, customer case studies, member testimonials, blogs, and social media campaigns, and product content for the website in the CMS.
  • Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and on brand, by sourcing 1st-party medical studies, researching, fact checking, proofreading, and maintaining a library of internal resources.
  • Ensure content is developed on time and meets goals by developing thorough creative briefs, creating project tasks and managing deadlines in Asana, and supporting the content marketing team.  

  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Communication: Excellent writer and strong verbal communicator with the ability to synthesize complex topics into a concise and easy-to-understand language in multiple formats from whitepapers and event/webinar decks to videos. 2-3 years experience. B2B and health care experience a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Possesses strategic thinking skills with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management: Able to get things done and effectively prioritize many competing demands. Strong project management skills are a must. Experience with Asana and Google Sheets/Excel a plus.
  • Collaborative: Able to work effectively cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders.
  • Resilient & adaptable: Passionate about execution excellence, with a track record of bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects. Able to roll with the punches. Effective fire-fighter. 
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail.
