The Media & Entertainment + Audio Dev Senior Producer position is a leadership role and is responsible for ensuring all M&E + Audio Dev projects destined for Brazilian Portuguese at our facilities in Sao Paulo (Keywords Brazil) are completed on scope, budget, timeline and for maintaining day to day relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
While reporting directly to the Service Line Director, this role is globally facing and will include working with sister entities and colleagues locally globally as well as helping with the Service Line ad hoc special projects as the business requires.
The position includes overseeing and leading the local M&E + Audio Dev team in Brazil (internal and external) who take part in the M&E + Audio Dev projects at the Sao Paulo Studio whether it be from direct clients, via the Studio, the Service Line or the Keywords Studios Business Development team.

This role interfaces with local and global Shared Services teams, IT, InfoSec, Finance, HR, to ensure compliance smooth day to day operations. At the physical studio level, this role ensures that the recording studios are in good working order, upholding our service-level agreement (SLA) and security standards.

This role is multi-faceted and requires stellar communication skills, transparent reporting, sharp organizational skills, attuned attention to details, exemplary production and people management skills all the while upholding the high-quality standards and executing the goals set forth by the Studio, the Service Line and the overall business.

Key Responsibilities

Production Lead for all M&E + Audio Dev projects coming through Sao Paulo
Responsible for Monthly Financial reporting for the M&E + Audio Dev SL within studio
Managing clients and ICO billing with local Finance team
Field new business queries, create proposals and answer bid requests
Client account management, existing accounts growth, educate and offer clients other SL or KWS services
Bring to completion with a standard of excellence existing and new contracts brought to the SL by Studio, SL, BD Team or by direct contacts
Further the brand and reputation of the M&E + Audio Dev SL as the go-to collective of studios within the industry for all things relating to Dubbing, Audio Description, Captioning, Subtitling and Post Sound
Build & nurture relationships within the KWS group and the M&E + Audio Dev industry with a focus on key decision makers at streamers and broadcasters.
Ensure the M&E + Audio Dev Team credentials are upheld locally and drive excellence in the production and supervision of all projects
Manage internal/external teams on projects in order to meet client’s expectations, agreed upon budgets and deadlines
Look for opportunities to improve margins and bring efficiencies to each production
Outsource and manage external talent/audio teams where applicable
Maintain full knowledge of company systems and processes
Studio lead for M&E and Audio Dev day-to-day operations including client SLAs with security standards

Requirements

5 years of experience in a similar position
Fluent in English
Generate innovative and creative concepts and outputs.
Manage and build project teams with a focus on creative excellence.
Possess expertise in audio supervision, dubbing, VO, and production processes.
Continually develop knowledge and stay updated on new technology in the field.
Play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
Manage production and creative expectations, understanding and respecting clients' views and budgets.
Be P&L savvy, negotiating budgets with partners and clients.
Assist in creating opportunities to maximize revenues from projects.
Demonstrate thought leadership by participating in industry events and panels.
Develop effective working relationships with outsourcers, suppliers, and participate in key industry events as directed by SL (meetings, social media comms, collateral SL presentation).
