We are seeking a Senior Battery Design Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and validation of advanced battery systems tailored for compact wearable devices. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert, collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure our battery solutions deliver the safety, reliability, and performance our users expect — at scale.
This is a hybrid role in our San Francisco office.

What we offer:
Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
San Francisco/Bay Area: $162,000 - $203,000
