THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Business Analyst to support the Program Management team. The role will be part of our Strategy, Change & Transformation team who shape, enable and drive the strategic change agenda within Group COO, and are at the centre of our leading (and growing) global business. The Business Analyst is accountable for surfacing, understanding and documenting business processes & requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that business and program needs are met through process improvements, or strategic changes. This role strategically bridges between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.  

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

• Requirements & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements and processes, ensuring clarity and alignment to strategic objectives.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze data and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making, supported by clear project tracking, metrics, and reporting.
• Change Adoption: Drive the successful rollout of new processes, systems, or tools with high adoption rates and minimal resistance.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and process optimization by identifying opportunities, closing gaps, and embedding best practices across teams and projects.

THE STATS

• 3+ years experience in a business analyst role, preferably within Consumer, Retail, Tech, Gaming or eCommerce industries
• Excellent communication and teaming skills
• High quality attention to detail
• Ability to elevate data analysis and reporting through visualization, insight and storytelling
• Experience in project management methodologies
• Comfortable navigating a global organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000-117,500 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
