About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Lead to oversee OKX’s influencer and affiliate growth strategy across LATAM. This person will drive scalable user acquisition through KOLs, communities, and affiliate networks, while managing and developing a regional BD team. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, with a deep understanding of the LATAM crypto ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the KOL and affiliate growth strategy across LATAM, aligned with OKX’s regional goals.
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Business Development Managers.
Build and maintain relationships with top-tier influencers, crypto communities, and affiliate partners.
Oversee localized, data-driven influencer and affiliate campaigns to drive trading volume and brand visibility.
Collaborate with Growth, Product, Brand, and Legal teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize through analytics and KPIs.
Identify new opportunities through market research, competitor tracking, and community insights.
Partner closely with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term growth initiatives.

What We Look For In You

6+ years of experience in BD, partnerships, or affiliate marketing, ideally in crypto or fintech.
Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional regional projects.
Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through KOL and affiliate programs.
Strong business acumen with ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution.
Deep understanding of LATAM markets and influencer ecosystems.
Fluent in Spanish and English
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves

Experience with tools like Google Analytics, PartnerStack, or other affiliate/KOL management platforms.
Previous experience scaling influencer or ambassador programs in new markets.
Passion for blockchain, DeFi, and crypto communities.
