We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking clinical professional to support the central Clinical Development Team in driving the strategy and execution of clinical initiatives across all verticals of care. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and savvyness with a product-oriented mindset, operating at the intersection of clinical excellence, data-driven decision-making, and innovation in digital health.
What you’ll be doingSupport the central Clinical Development team managing daily operations, priorities, and execution across clinical teams.Work cross-functionally with Clinical Research, AI, Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Growth to ensure alignment on clinical-related initiatives across all verticals.Collaborate with other clinicians and internal teams in the research, design, and refinement of AI health products.Oversee quality and scalability of care delivery in partnership with the Clinical Operations teams.Partner with Data and Research teams to analyze outcomes, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement.Ensure all clinical projects are tracked, organized, and completed efficiently, acting with a project management mindset to prevent delays or gaps.Contribute to the development of documentation, communication materials, and clinical guidelines.What you need to haveYou should know how to design and implement AI-powered workflows or automations that meaningfully improve efficiency and outcomes.Clinical background with formal education in Medicine (required)Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based approach, but with a knack for challenging the status quoProduct-oriented mindset, with an ability to understand what would work in the real world (vs an idealist scenario)High sense of urgency, proactiveness and ownershipAble to deliver high quality work in a short period of timeEffective communicator and able to manage several stakeholdersHighly proficient in English (written and spoken).Portugal - Sword Benefits & Perks:
