
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Community Manager to help shape the future of Community Management for World of Tanks PC.
This role is for someone with significant experience in PC gaming, live-service publishing, or established gaming communities who can bring strong judgement, publishing expertise, and new ideas to how we engage with players.
You will act as an experienced anchor within the Community team, working closely with Community leadership to develop strategy, improve workflows, support complex decisions, and strengthen how we understand and engage our players.
You will remain connected to the game and community while understanding how players, creators, publishing priorities, product decisions, and long-term player relationships fit together.

What will you do?
- Help shape World of Tanks PC community strategy and turn product and publishing objectives into clear priorities, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
- Bring experienced publishing and community judgement to complex decisions, identifying risks, opportunities, and appropriate responses.
- Develop new community initiatives, programs, events, and engagement concepts based on player needs and clear objectives.
- Lead complex projects involving multiple teams, regions, creators, or stakeholders.
- Build productive relationships with content creators and influential community groups, including supporting sensitive or high-visibility situations.
- Analyze player sentiment, community behavior, platform performance, and qualitative feedback to identify meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Produce concise reports and recommendations that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be considered.
- Improve feedback loops between Players, Publishing, and Development.
- Develop and improve Community workflows, dashboards, sentiment analysis, reporting systems, and tools that help the team understand players and work more effectively.
- Explore appropriate use of automation, and emerging tools to improve feedback collection, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Share experience with colleagues, helping the wider team improve its planning, analysis, communication, and decision-making.
- Support major launches, events, creator activities, and other high-priority initiatives when required.
What are we looking for?
- Approximately 5+ years of professional experience in PC Gaming Community Management, Publishing, Player Relations, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong understanding of how player expectations, creator ecosystems, publishing decisions, product changes, and community sentiment interact.
- Experience developing community strategies, publishing initiatives, engagement programs, or operating plans.
- Strong professional judgement, with the ability to assess risks, establish priorities, make recommendations, and independently move work forward.
- Ability to constructively challenge existing approaches and connect Community activities to wider product, publishing, player, and business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience turning qualitative and quantitative community information into concise reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Experience with, or strong understanding of, dashboards, sentiment analysis, social listening, structured feedback systems, or similar Community intelligence workflows.
- Curiosity about automation, AI-assisted analysis, combined with the judgement to understand where they provide genuine value.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with players, content creators, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience handling sensitive or high-visibility situations with professionalism and composure.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, with strong ownership, prioritization, risk management, and follow-through.
World of Tanks
Existing World of Tanks knowledge is valuable, but deep game expertise is not a prerequisite. You should have a genuine interest in World of Tanks and PC gaming and be willing to develop a strong understanding of its gameplay, player culture, creator ecosystem, and community.
What will help you stand out?
- Experience working on a large or long-running PC live-service title.
- Experience developing community or publishing strategy for a mature game.
- Experience building dashboards, sentiment analysis, social-listening systems, feedback pipelines, automation, or other Community intelligence tools.
- Experience developing creator, contributor, ambassador, or advocacy programs.
- Experience managing significant player controversies or sensitive product changes.
- Strong presentation, public-speaking, livestreaming, or media experience.
- Experience working across multiple regions or cultures.
- Additional relevant languages, particularly Polish or German.

You should be comfortable working through ambiguity with poise and finesse, balancing player needs with product and publishing realities, and making clear recommendations based on evidence and experience.
You are willing to challenge existing approaches constructively and collaboratively, with an interest in how better data, tools, workflows, and new ideas can improve Community Management.
