Oura is looking for a talented and creative Senior Copywriter to join for a 6-month fixed term for maternity leave coverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing compelling copy across various mediums, including but not limited to: integrated campaigns, social media, email, website, and growth marketing. This individual will be reporting to the Sr. Creative Director, and work closely with our design and marketing teams to create impactful messaging that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand voice.

What you’ll do: 

  • Work cross-functionally with our Creative Team, Product Marketing, Growth, and Research peers to co-shape and execute compelling product launches, campaigns, and Marketing initiatives
  • Write engaging and effective copy for various mediums, including integrated campaigns, social media, email, website, and growth marketing
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion
  • Support development of Oura’s website, including additional content
  • Draft creative platforms for integrated campaigns
  • Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand voice
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all copy aligns with overall marketing strategy and messaging
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for new and innovative ways to communicate with our audience

This is a full-time role that can be from our SF HQ or remotely in the US.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing team
  • Strong portfolio of copywriting work across various mediums
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to write in a variety of tones and styles, and adapt to the voice of the brand
  • Strong research skills and ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred

While not required, added plus if you also have:

  • 3+ years working in house
  • Experience working in health / technology
  • Design knowledge or experience working with designers

Monthly compensation up to $12,000.

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
