The opportunity 

As a (Sr.) Corporate Business Development Manager (all genders) you play a pivotal role in driving overall growth and strategic initiatives of the B2B organization. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing opportunities that align with the company's business objectives. This role requires a combination of financial acumen, business strategy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities 

• You lead interdisciplinary projects from initiation until successful completion
• You ensure alignment with corporate strategies and goals
• You conduct comprehensive data analysis to evaluate project impact
• You run market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• You coordinate performance management & OKR process for Corporate Sales Organization
• You work closely with sales teams, providing insights and creating business review documents.
• You prepare Board Meetings in close collaboration with the CSO

What you need to succeed 

• Multiple years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or consulting
• Proven track record of reaching or exceeding targets
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Experience in leading projects
• Excellent communication skills, especially in creating slide decks
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to corporate strategy
• Comfortable engaging with senior management
• English proficiency required, with German proficiency being a plus
