The Opportunity

Our Creative Studio team is growing and we're looking for a Senior Creative (Growth) to join us in our mission to help people get their best sleep by creatively leading the intersection of design and growth performance across multiple channels including social platforms, Amazon, paid media placement and more. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven design to craft compelling visuals that enhance performance and will collaborate closely with the Growth team to iterate, learn, and optimize our visual campaigns for maximum impact. This role will report to the Creative Director and will oversee a freelance creatives, as needed. This person must be based in the United States or Canada. Hatch is based out of California, so this role would be asked to be available during PST/PDT hours.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 Months: You’ll be working closely with the Growth team to uplevel our design and iterate based on data across all growth channels. You’ll also attend video/photo shoots to get more hands-on experience on set.

Within 6 Months: You’ll be a trusted design leader in the Creative Studio with increased visibility across cross functional teams. You’ll be well-versed in our design guidelines but also consistently finding ways to best evolve it for Growth.

After 1 Year: Based on your learnings and experience, you’ll pro-actively be defining the larger design vision and creative strategy for Creative Growth at Hatch, leading other designers and comfortably art directing video/photo shoots.

What You’ll Bring

  • Art Direction & Leadership:
    • Lead the visual direction for all Growth-related creative, including evergreen campaigns, promotional campaigns, and more.
    • Lead concepting for any photo/video shoots when we are capturing assets for a promo campaign.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Partner with the Growth team to translate performance data into actionable creative strategies.
    • Strategically iterate on visual assets based on real-time performance metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Creative Execution:
    • Develop high-quality, on-brand visuals tailored to different platforms and audiences.
    • Ensure consistency and innovation in visual storytelling across all performance marketing channels.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and the Marketing Team to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
    • Mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.

Experience

  • You have 7-9 years of experience working at an agency or in-house.
  • You’ve worked on 360 campaigns before, but you thrive on the intersection of design, data and performance.
  • You’re excited about iterating and perfecting a design language that incorporates brand and promo campaigns, content from the Hatch audio library and everything in between.
