As a Senior Data Analyst (AI-Native) – VIP & Institutional, you’ll be the strategic analytics partner shaping how we acquire, grow, and retain our VIP and institutional clients in the crypto market. You’ll work with commercial leadership to turn data into clear business strategy, measurable targets/OKRs, and incentive systems—and you’ll modernize how this work is done by building AI-powered analytics workflows and agents that scale decision-making across the org.
This role is ideal for someone who loves business strategy + data, and is excited to apply LLMs/AI agents to real revenue-driving problems in an industry that moves fast.
You’ll directly shape how we grow our most valuable customer segments—and you’ll define the next operating model: AI-augmented commercial analytics. Your work will influence revenue, retention, client experience, and how leadership makes decisions in a fast-moving crypto environment.
What You'll Do
Strategy, Growth, and Commercial Enablement

Partner with VIP & institutional leaders to define segment strategy, growth priorities, and quarterly/annual OKRs.

Identify revenue and engagement opportunities across lifecycle stages (onboarding → activation → growth → retention).

Lead business reviews with leadership: what’s working, what’s not, and where to pivot—backed by data.
AI-Native Analytics & Agent Building

Build and operationalize AI-assisted analytics workflows (e.g. automated insight generation, narrative reporting, anomaly explanations).

Design and ship AI agents/copilots for business analysis use cases, such as:

“Ask the business” agent for VIP performance, client health, and pipeline diagnostics

Incentive plan simulator (what-if analysis + recommended structures)

Client insights agent combining CRM + trading + engagement + on-chain signals
-
Establish evaluation and monitoring for AI outputs (quality, hallucination risk, drift, business impact).
Data-Driven Decision Support

Analyze segment performance, revenue composition, client behavior, product adoption, and program effectiveness.

Translate analysis into actionable recommendations (pricing/fee tiers, engagement motions, program design, account prioritization).

Provide executive-ready storytelling: concise, decision-oriented, and tied to measurable levers.
Performance Tracking & Reporting (Modernized)

Build and maintain scorecards and dashboards, but also push beyond dashboards:

Automated weekly exec summaries with key movements, drivers, and next actions

Early-warning systems for risk (drop in activity, churn signals, relationship health)

Define and standardize core metrics for VIP/institutional success: revenue, margin, retention, depth, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Incentives, Targets, and Experimentation

Design incentive programs and bonus structures aligned with strategy and healthy growth.

Build target-setting frameworks across segments/regions/tiers.

Partner with stakeholders to run experiments (A/B tests, pilot programs) and quantify ROI.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with Product, Sales, Ops, Finance, Risk/Compliance, and Data/Engineering.

Act as a “translator” between business and technical teams—turning messy questions into shippable analytics and AI solutions.
What We Look For In You
Business + Analytics Strength
-
5+ years in strategy analytics, business analysis, growth analytics, or commercial analytics (crypto/fintech/markets preferred).
-
Strong ability to connect insights to decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment.
AI Workflow & Agent Capability
-
Hands-on experience applying LLMs to analytics/business workflows (prompting, structured outputs, tool use, RAG, agent patterns).
-
Ability to prototype quickly and iterate with users (commercial teams, leadership).
-
Practical understanding of AI evaluation (accuracy, consistency, guardrails, cost, latency) and how to ship responsibly.
Technical Foundation

Strong SQL; comfort with Python for analysis and automation.

Experience with BI tools and building reliable reporting/metric definitions.

Familiarity with modern data stacks (warehouse/lake, transformation pipelines, orchestration) is a plus.
Communication & Leadership

Clear, structured communicator who can craft compelling business narratives.

Comfortable leading performance reviews and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
Nice to Haves

Crypto market domain knowledge: VIP/institutional flow, OTC, derivatives, market microstructure, liquidity programs, prime services.

Experience with on-chain analytics (wallet behavior, flows, DeFi protocols) and merging on-chain + off-chain datasets.

Experience building internal tools: lightweight apps, notebooks-to-products, chat-based analytics copilots.
