• Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. • 5+ years of relevant apparel design • experience in a professional design environment. • • Proven experience designing apparel collections across performance, lifestyle, or team sports categories. • Strong understanding of apparel construction, fit, materials, trims, and manufacturing processes. • Outstanding ability to apply foundational design skills including sketching, illustration, concept creation, and visual storytelling across both analog and digital platforms. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience with digital apparel creation tools, including CLO3D or equivalent 3D design platforms. • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, digital concept creation, and visual exploration tools. • Strong understanding of color, graphics integration, proportion, texture, scale, and apparel systems thinking. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional partners through the product creation process. • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative apparel design solutions and a clear point of view around sport, culture, and consumer-led design.
