You lead the development of color and material concepts from early exploration through final execution, partnering with Footwear
• Designers, Developers, and Innovation teams to deliver cohesive product stories. You translate trend, cultural, and consumer insights into relevant design direction, guide material selection and finish decisions, mentor junior designers, and contribute to evolving Nike’s footwear color and materials design language.
