• Create NA Footwear, creating impactful, performance-informed design solutions that resonate with athletes and consumers. You collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure color and material strategies align with product intent, innovation goals, and seasonal narratives. You lead the development of color and material concepts from early exploration through final execution, partnering with Footwear
• Designers, Developers, and Innovation teams to deliver cohesive product stories. You translate trend, cultural, and consumer insights into relevant design direction, guide material selection and finish decisions, mentor junior designers, and contribute to evolving Nike’s footwear color and materials design language.
