About the Role
AlayaCare is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid media, SEO, and digital marketing programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth. In this role, you will be at the forefront of scaling our demand generation efforts across search, paid social, and other key digital channels. You will own our paid media strategy (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and more), enhance our SEO performance, and optimize our website's conversion paths. Working closely with marketing leadership, you will analyze campaign performance, adjust budgets strategically, and continuously improve marketing efficiency to support AlayaCare’s high-growth goals. AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages in-person collaboration and with this, the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Toronto Area.
