Gymshark’s Digital Product team, is ready for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join, in this newly created hybrid role, to ensure our digital ecosystem enables customers to easily find, compare, and understand our products across all platforms.

This is an opportunity for a digital pro, passionate about shaping the product discovery journey and experienced in leading strategies for Product Attribution, Search, Filters, AI Merchandising, and Product Storytelling.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in eCommerce Product Management across App & Web, with a focus on Product Discovery (Product Attribution, Search, Merchandising, CMS delivery).
Experience in delivering iterative product launches and A/B testing across iOS and Android eCommerce apps.
Passion for retail and eCommerce, with strong knowledge of web, app, and in-store landscapes.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Catalog, DAM, CMS, PIM, and AI-powered search & merchandising tools.
Strong project management skills, able to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and able to prioritize based on potential and feasibility.
Excellent communication skills, with experience working with engineers and engaging in technical discussions.
