As the Senior Director, Brand Partnerships - Tech, Media, Telecom & Entertainment you will be responsible for cultivating partnerships in the tech, media, telecom and entertainment verticals. Ideally you will have a strong network and extensive experience working with these verticals currently.

You will find success by being a self-assured team player who is both strategic and creative. This is a partner facing role requiring industry expertise and demonstrated experience leading, developing and executing innovative partnerships. This role reports into the VP of Brand Partnerships.

This position is based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report into our VP of Global Partnerships.

You Will:

Drive strategy and be a revenue generator for the Tech, Media, Telecom & Entertainment verticals
Come up with creative ways for brands to enter into the metaverse in an authentic way
Be the point of contact for partners and assist in developing concepts, connecting brands with the Roblox community
Work collaboratively with Roblox's Marketing, Communications, Developer Relations, Economy, Product and Legal teams
Keep up with social media and gaming trends; consume content and think about how it could apply to our partners

You Are:

A cross-functional leader with the ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledgeable about the Roblox platform, games, community driven content generation, and social networks
A great communicator and presenter
Well-organized, proactive, persistent, collaborative, and excited to tackle a wide range of projects

You Have:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
12+ years of experience in brand partnerships
Experience working with executive leadership both internally and externally
Experience building long-term strategic partnerships
Demonstrated examples using your ability to thrive in a face paced environment and adapting to changes

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$284,460—$332,780 USD
