Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

At Spring Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. Our clinically validated technology, Precision Mental Healthcare, empowers us to deliver the right care at the right time—whether it’s therapy, coaching, medication, or beyond—tailored to each individual’s needs.

We proudly partner with over 450 companies, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading provider of mental health service, providing care for 10 million people. Our clients include brands you use and know like Microsoft, Target, and Delta Airlines, all of whom trust us to deliver best-in-class outcomes for their employees globally. With our innovative platform, we’ve been able to generate a net positive ROI for employers and we are the only company in our category to earn external validation of net savings for customers.

We have raised capital from prominent investors including Generation Investment, Kinnevik, Tiger Global, Northzone, RRE Ventures, and many more. Thanks to their partnership and our latest Series E Funding, our current valuation has reached $3.3 billion. We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.

As a senior engineering leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for our platform infrastructure. You will drive the evolution of a modern, scalable, and secure cloud platform that enables rapid product innovation, leverages AI-driven capabilities, and supports infrastructure-as-code at scale.

Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, you will lead the Platform Infrastructure organization responsible for building and operating the foundational systems that powers our mental healthcare platform. • Reliability, DevOps & Operational Excellence: Champion DevOps and SRE practices, ensuring high system availability, observability, and continuous improvement in incident management and operational processes.
  • AI-Driven Infrastructure & Automation: Leverage AI/ML and automation to enhance infrastructure efficiency, reliability, and proactive operations.
  • Security, Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure robust security, privacy, and compliance standards through best practices, audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Vendor & Cost Management: Manage vendor partnerships while driving cost optimization, capacity planning, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Organizational Leadership & Impact: Contribute to company-wide leadership initiatives, including workforce planning and organizational design, while defining and tracking key platform success metrics.

What success looks like:

  • Improved developer velocity and satisfaction through best-in-class platform infrastructure capabilities.
  • High system reliability and performance, with clear and measurable service level objectives.
  • Scalable, secure infrastructure that supports business growth and innovation.
  • Strong engineering culture centered on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Effective alignment between platform strategy and company-wide business goals.

What you’ll bring:

  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), distributed systems, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes).
  • Proven experience leading and scaling platform or infrastructure engineering teams in high-growth or complex environments.
  • Strong track record of implementing DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices at scale.
  • Experience building internal platforms and developer tooling that significantly improve productivity and reliability.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and hands-on execution.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
  • Experience managing large-scale systems with high availability, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes (e.g., uptime, deployment frequency, MTTR, cost optimization).
