Creative Artists Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Director, International Tax to lead the execution of CAA’s international tax compliance and reporting obligations outside the United States.
Based in London, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable delivery of international tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax operations across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada. This role is focused on tax operations, compliance, reporting, and process management, and will partner closely with the Senior Director, International Tax Strategy & Planning, who is responsible for international tax planning, structuring, transfer pricing, and strategic tax matters.

Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT, CPA or equivalent). 15+ years of relevant international tax experience, with significant • experience in global tax compliance, reporting, and tax accounting. Experience managing international tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Experience working with partnership and hybrid structures preferred.

Salary: $170,000 - $210,000
