We’re looking for a Sr. Director of Investor Relations to define and lead how the investment community understands Strava’s business, financial performance, growth potential and strategic vision. This is a highly visible, high-impact role for a proven financial communicator with exceptional judgment, strong capital markets fluency, and the ability to operate at speed.
As Strava’s voice to the financial community, you’ll develop and deliver a clear, consistent, and compelling financial narrative that earns confidence and sharpens market understanding of Strava’s opportunity. You’ll partner directly with the CFO, CEO, and other members of the executive team to position Strava as one of the most exciting growth-stage consumer technology businesses in the market. This role will be instrumental in building our credibility, broadening investor interest, and preparing Strava for future capital events.
Strava is re-defining the fitness category. As we expand our impact and scale our platform globally, this role is critical to ensuring that the financial community sees the full potential of what we’re building.
We follow a flexible hybrid model that generally translates to half your time on-site in our San Francisco or New York office — three days per week.
At Strava, we know our employees are the most important ingredient to our success, and our compensation and total rewards programs reflect that. We take a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on the department and your location. Salary ranges are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. We will determine the candidate’s starting pay based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. We may modify these ranges in the future. Compensation: $195,000-$230,000.This range reflects base compensation only and does not include equity or benefits. Your recruiter can share more details about the full compensation package, including the range specific to your location, during the hiring process.
