This leader will bring a strong combination of commercial acumen, operational excellence, and marketplace agility, with a proven ability to lead a very large business and team, unlock productivity at scale, and drive sustainable growth in the value retail channel. You are a leader who thrives in complexity—someone who can rapidly adjust strategy in a highly dynamic environment, translate direction into frontline execution, and inspire and develop high-performing teams (“athletes”) across a broad and demanding retail network.
