Position Summary:
Pendulum is seeking an experienced senior director of ecom to drive our direct-to-consumer business growth and make breakthrough microbiome products accessible to millions. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of eCommerce experience with a proven track record of scaling 9-figure revenue, direct P&L management in B2C health/wellness, and success in building subscription businesses. You'll develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategy, create exceptional digital experiences that translate complex science into compelling customer journeys, and drive cross-functional alignment while fostering a culture of accountability. Strong analytical capabilities, technical proficiency, and startup experience are essential, along with 4+ years of people management experience. Success will be measured through revenue growth, P&L performance, and customer acquisition efficiency.
