Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Senior Director of FDMC (Food, Drug, Mass, & Club), you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our Active Nutrition business with a focus on the Mass and Club channels. You will work closely with our Sr. Vice President of Sales to manage and cultivate our current accounts in addition to new business development. 

This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

  • Cultivating & managing buyer (and above) relationships 
  • Coaching & developing direct report(s) to achieve sales targets, while being a strong peer leader (Key Accounts team) and collaborating cross-functionally (marketing, distribution, finance, demand planning, sales operations)
  • Executing FDMC and National Accounts sales strategy tailored to the needs of the business
  • Managing financial budgets for promotional schedules and trade spend across all pertinent channels of business
  • Evaluating spend at each account to ensure ROI
  • Building custom sales pitch decks for channel & customer-relevant Nutrabolt products and presenting on chain calls at customer HQs all over the US to gain new business 
  • Setting and attending meetings as new business opportunities present themselves
  • Managing & reporting monthly promotional schedules for each customer
  • Owning P&L for FDMC channel 
  • Monitoring & evaluating individual customer business through Spins, IRI and internal sales data
  • Managing and mentoring a team of National Account Managers
  • Executing FDMC sales and sales operations process
  • Owning one major FDM account 
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Performance to revenue targets
    • Adherence to assigned budgets
    • Achieving FSI, share, % ACV, OTIF, volume and sales targets

What You Contribute: 

  • 10+ years of experience calling on FDMC chains, managing emerging/growth brands and leading teams
  • 5+ years experience calling on Walmart and Target directly
  • 5+ years of managing national broker teams
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Club experience (Costco/Sam’s preferred)
  • P&L management and relevant FP&A acumen
  • Strong interpersonal and buyer relationship building skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to move fast and drive results
  • Knowledge within the Active Nutrition and supplement industry is preferred
