What You'll Do

Lead our global user lifecycle marketing strategy, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention across our diverse portfolio. You will own the end-to-end player journey, leveraging data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize growth.

In this role, you will

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for driving key metrics across the player journey, including Paid Media/UA, In-Game and CRM marketing
  • Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics and potentially MarTech/data science to optimize campaigns at scale
  • Establish comprehensive reporting frameworks and KPIs to measure performance and inform strategy across all lifecycle stages
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and creative teams to create seamless, engaging player experiences aligned with the lifecycle strategy
  • Oversee significant Paid Media budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and impact across the entire user lifecycle
  • Identify innovative opportunities, channels, and technologies to enhance player acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention

What we're looking for

  • Proven leadership experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing within the gaming or digital product space
  • Deep expertise in user acquisition (UA) and performance marketing channels
  • Extensive experience developing and executing engagement and retention strategies, including CRM, in-game messaging, and personalization
  • Strong understanding of the full user/player lifecycle and the key levers for driving metrics at each stage
  • Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable using complex data to segment audiences, measure performance, and optimize lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams responsible for acquisition, engagement, and analytics functions
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and potentially data science applications in lifecycle management
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the most senior levels of the company
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets effectively and deliver measurable results
  • A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior and motivations throughout their journey

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

California Base Pay Range
$260,558$382,152 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$236,871$347,411 USD
