The role

Infinite Reality is looking to bring on a talented and experienced Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead our global email marketing strategies. The position will be remotely based in the continental United States. Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing, the Senior Email Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and engaging environment. This position will play a critical role in the Product Marketing team and create innovative digital experiences within a supportive and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email global marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of customer engagement, global email marketing best practices, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective communication.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive global email marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including product & promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Segment email lists based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.
• Collaborate with content, design, and PR teams to create engaging and visually appealing email content.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Be responsible for and improve conversion rates for all forms of email marketing. 
• Ensure all email communications comply with industry regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
• Manage and maintain the email marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in email marketing and the immersive technology industry.

What you’ll bring

• BA/MA Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and/or 8+ yrs of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) and marketing automation tools.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
• Familiarity with the Tech or SaaS industry strongly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to build and drive email strategy and campaigns globally.
• Outstanding communication skills and able to operate in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
