As the Senior Engagement & Inclusion Specialist for Superbet, we're looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about fostering a diverse, inclusive and engaging workplace

  • Has experience delivering People projects and managing change
  • Is experienced in setting-up employee listening mechanisms, amalgamating and reporting on insights and using these to create plans to enhance employee experiences
  • Has a strong analytics mindset, the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and can communicate them effectively
  • Has experience creating and delivering employee engagement and DE&I strategies
  • Has the ability to inspire, influence and educate others on DE&I and employee engagement best practice, promoting a culture of inclusion and engagement
  • Can hit the ground running and build things from the ground up 

What you'll be doing? 

Strategy & Planning -  

  • Supporting the definition and delivery of people projects aligned to business priorities
  • Setting company-wide DE&I and employee engagement ambitions
  • Crafting and delivering on plans to enhance employee engagement and foster an inclusive workplace in partnership with HR Business Partners, Culture, CSR, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition and People Development Teams
  • Evolving DE&I and employee engagement initiatives in alignment with business and people priorities 

 Execution & Education -  

  • Setting up listening mechanisms across the employee lifecycle, along with a process for listening insight analysis, amalgamation and reporting on insights
  • Partnering with the People Systems & Analytics team on the set-up and management of employee listening systems and surveys
  • Liaising with the People Systems team to make employee listening system decisions, supporting system RFPs and decision alignment across key stakeholder
  • Develop an approach for employee involvement and support to deliver on DE&I plans
  • Preparing training and communication plans for the set-up of employee listening mechanisms and the delivery of DE&I and employee engagement initiatives
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops in partnership with the People Development Team on diversity, equity and inclusion topics and events to foster a sense of belonging 

 Measuring & Influencing - 

  • Measuring and reporting on key employee engagement and DE&I metrics
  • Generate data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive impact
  • Creating leadership presentations to share employee engagement and DE&I updates, and facilitating discussions to drive outcomes and actions
  • Promote and uphold Our 5 Behaviours, supporting Culture team efforts to embed these
  • Building relationships and partnering effectively with HR Business Partners, HR Ops, People Systems & Analytics Team, Culture, CSR, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition and People Development Teams
  • Establishing strong relationships with external DE&I and employee engagement organisations to stay updated on best practice, emerging trends and to identify opportunities to represent the company at industry events, forums and awards.

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
